"Dr. Infante gave me a wellness check at his office recently. His approach is to go beyond the various tests, blood pressure and what-all. We talked. We talked about how life was going. It is central to his examination. I am not sure if this is what they call holistic or not but I understand the importance the discussion plays in knowing the patient.
Dr. Infante’s practice is young. He stepped away from a corporate office to practice medicine the right way. While I was not a patient at his corporate office I have been to one other practice where a doctor is to see a certain number of patients per hour. That strikes me as medicine the wrong way.
Additionally, my wife has visited him on more than one occasion for acupuncture. She is a fan."
